How do I place an order?

You can add items to your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button from the product page. For some products, you may have to select more options (Ex. fragrance or Flavor)  before clicking "Add to Cart" button.  When you are ready to checkout, in the upper right hand corner of the website you will find your "shopping cart." Click here and our website will walk you through the process to complete your order. Once complete you will receive an order confirmation number, with the actual order number.

What payment Methods do you accept?

For your convenience we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  We also accept payment via Google Checkout.

Do you price match?

Yes we do! If you find an item with a lower price than our listed price, please let us know and we will price match.

If you already purchased the item we will gladly match your item within 15 days from the date of sale. Let us know and we will refund the difference. Price match will ONLY be done with authorized retailers. Price match is not done on sale, coupon, discontinued, clearance or any other non-retail priced items.

What type of guarantee do you offer?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold on giftshock.com, If for any reason you find a product unsatisfactory it can be returned within 21 days for a full refund.

What shipping options do you offer?

We ship using USPS or UPS.  With USPS - you can pick, priority mail (2-3 days) or Parcel Post (5 - 10 business days).  With UPS - you can pick, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd air, UPS 3rd air and Next Day shipping. 

Products listed as Fixed Shipping will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post.

If your purchase is eligible for Free Shipping, it will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground.

How quickly do you ship orders?

Our orders usually leave the warehouse within 24 -48 hours from when we receive your order. If you requested expedited shipping and your order is received into our system before 12pm (EST) your order will ship that same day.

 

How do I track my order?

To track your order, login to your account at our website and click on "Sign In or Create an Account" link in the header menu and check status of your order.

 

 

 

How do I use coupon codes?

After you add your item(s) to the cart, if you click on the View cart or Shopping Cart link from the top right corner of the web page,  there will be a box where you can enter your coupon code before you complete the check out process and place your order.
